Case Study One: Papillon MDC Inc.

Dr. Mirella De Civita is the President and founder of Papillon (Butterfly in English) MDC Inc. Her business is based in Montreal, Quebec. She is both a Licensed Psychologist, and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coach Federation. She works with senior executives and senior management teams from middle- to large-sized organizations across the globe. She is also a mentor in the McGill MBA Mentoring Program and sits as an Advisory Board member of the non-profit Change Mental Health. Here’s the interview.

Case Study Two: Envision Group

Pat Lipovski is a partner at Envision Group, an international partnership of seasoned Executive Coaches. They use the Navigational Coaching™ process like “leadership software” that enhances leaders’ communication soft skills. The end result for participants is a shift in leadership style from directive to developmental.

Case Study Three: Coach Approach Limited

Coach Approach Limited has three partners, Simon Gibson, Corene Walker, and Matthew Pickering. When you read their business bios, it’s no exaggeration to say they live and breathe coaching and that it permeates their bones. New Zealand is different, with dairy and other rural industries more prevalent than downtown corporate businesses. Their practice spans agriculture, business, industry, education, community and sport. It’s quite the eclectic mix and Navigational Coaching and the coach approach works for all of these. This interview is with Corene.

Case Study Four: OneCoaching

Since 2000, OneCoaching has been providing coaching services to executives, leaders and managers. The mission of OneCoaching is to transform the way leaders throughout the world relate and communicate. Fleur Dwyer and Barb Seaton, the Principals of OneCoaching, provide coaching skills to government, industry and education leaders in Australia, New Zealand, US, UK, Canada and Asia. Their primary services are Executive & Manager Coaching, Leadership Development, Coach Mentoring & Supervision. This interview was with both Fleur and Barb.
