Extensive facilitation experience. Chaired several large assemblies and run workshops. Was a zone master on the two National Assemblies in Iceland where 1.500 people gathered (2010) to work on gathering values and future vision for Iceland and (2011) amending Iceland’s constitution. Last big workshop session was for the Prime Minister’s Office in Iceland in 2012.
Run numerous group training sessions related to leadership and management at Vendum since 2011.
Part time lecturer for four years in the University of Iceland’s Business School. Also taught Entrepreneurship in the Commercial College of Iceland.
Other training experience includes teaching collective bargaining in Lithuania and Latvia in cooperation with the American Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service at VR.

Extensive experience at leading committees and been on a number of boards of non-profit organizations, for example board chairman for “Mennt” – a co-operation platform for industry and schools in Iceland nominated by the Icelandic Confederation of Labour (www.asi.is) and a board member of College, nominated by the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture.
