John Geshay

John’s passion is to help individuals and business leaders achieve their greatest potential.  He has a proven track record of success in B2B sales, branding, marketing, recruiting and building teams, having delivered outstanding results throughout his career.
As your coach John will serve to enhance your decision making process no matter what your phase of personal and professional growth.  He will guide your understanding and implementation of proven concepts, guaranteed to deliver ROE and ROI. He will work with you to develop plans in key areas related to achieving more success, such as leadership, organization, goal setting, sales, marketing, productivity, growth and execution.

Coaching And Facilitation Background:

The content for the FocalPoint coaching program was developed by Brian Tracy, world renowned author, speaker and recognized leader for coaching entrepreneurs as large corporations.  Combining John’s passion and experience with Brian Tracy’s tested and proven methodologies provides outstanding value to clients large and small. John has conducted numerous group workshops along with one on one executive/CEO level engagements.

Relevant Business Experience:

  • John has over fifteen combined years’ experience with Mobil Oil, Armor Holdings, Int’l and BAE Systems. He has assisted these companies in achieving and exceeding their corporate goals by providing leadership in the highly competitive commercial B2B markets. He is known for his tenacity in securing new business, innovating products and services and distribution channel business growth planning.
  • He has served in many ancillary sales and leadership training assignments. Building loyalty and forging strong relationships with business partners both internal and external is John’s forte.

Education and Training:

  • John is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. While in the Navy he was awarded the William G. Whitehurst Leadership Award.
  • John obtained his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Business School, Northwestern University.
  • John is a Huthwaite SPIN selling certified instructor, having conducted numerous sales workshops for distributor sales teams around the country.
  • Recent graduate of the Lifework Leadership Development Program.
