Coaching And Facilitation Background:
As part of a leadership development assignment, she coached the top 400 leaders of a multinational corporation. The cadre of leaders was drawn from every business function and region (EMEA, Americas & Asia Pacific). The coaching focus was on the development of leadership skills and the achievement of business goals.
Previous to this, as a Human Resources professional, Odile coached employees in all sorts of situations from improving their performance, developing their skills, transferring to a different role and/or country, dealing with changes, adapting to company culture, etc.

Odile brings 25 years corporate experience in a variety of roles, 16 years a well-rounded and global Human Resources career with a strong focus on people development. A French national, Odile lived and worked in France, Britain, Germany and US. She worked within a range of business disciplines including technology, financial services, multimedia, marketing and law.
Odile discovered a passion for coaching while working in a fast-paced, innovative global company coaching a diverse group of managers, creating and developing a coaching culture from within and designing and implementing an executive coaching program.
After many years spent coaching and empowering leaders and employees at all levels within an organization, she decided to launch her own business providing talent development expertise and business & executive coaching.
