  • Recruited to support company post merger environment by aligning two sales organizations with product, service comparisons, organizational structure, and quality assurance.

  • Developed and published Bell Atlantic’s formal RFP (Request For Proposal) process, an interdepartmental guide for sales, engineering, and product management.

Since one of the most important parts of a company’s success is the development of their managers, I took 24 years of corporate and business experience and coaching certification and formed Keys To The Business (www.keystothebusiness.com) a leadership development and coaching firm for managers.
