Dave Rossberg

Dave Rossberg is a passionate entrepreneur and seasoned business leader with over 15 years of experience mentoring and guiding individuals and teams in military, corporate, startup and small business settings.
After serving 7 high-intensity years as a US Navy Submarine Warfare Officer, which included two overseas deployments, Dave returned to civilian life to take his leadership expertise to the business world.
He’s known for his hands-on leadership, having led diverse teams through high-stress, high-consequence situations and mentored dozens of leaders across various industries.
While deployed on his submarine, Dave spearheaded a 180-degree-turnaround of the poorest performing nuclear engineering team on his ship to one of the top teams in the fleet.

While in the Navy, Dave coached and mentored dozens of developing leaders who went on to also become successful leaders within the Navy and beyond.
Dave also served as an instructor in the Navy, responsible for training new recruits on the use of Navy nuclear power plants, which involved a significant amount of coaching and group facilitation.

Extensive experience in all aspects of small & medium business and startups, including leadership and team performance, culture buildings, organizational change, scaling up, hiring and training, marketing, sales, finance, management and operations.
Dave has successfully grown two businesses of his own and played a critical role in growing two others, including one that was acquired by a billion-dollar company.
As a management consultant, Dave has advised many multi-million- and billion-dollar clients on growth strategy, M&A strategy, market assessments and due diligence.

Certified to command overseas operations of a multi-billion-dollar nuclear-powered attack submarine reporting only directly to the Captain of the ship.
MBA from Columbia Business School with a focus on operations, strategy and management.
BS in materials science and engineering from Penn State University with a minor in entrepreneurship.
