- Speaks for organizations such as RBC, Professional Engineers Ontario, Professional Writers’ Association of Canada, McMaster University, Institute of Certified Bookkeepers USA.
- Builds cultural diversity and improves the business relationships of global employees through training in non-visible Diversity (communication, behaviour, and thinking styles) and leading facilitated Training and Team Action Planning sessions.
- Improved the training skills of in-house trainers via Train the Trainer training.

- Led the development and delivery of a global training program for a department of 1300 people that encompassed four management levels across four regions.
