  • Over 20 years in executive, leadership and business development roles in Canada and USA.
  • Founded Qualica Financial Group Inc, a commercial lease finance company in 2000. Grew it to become the largest in the Western Canadian industry by 2005 and then successfully managed the sale and transition of the company to MCAP, Canada’s largest independent mortgage and finance company in 2006.

Coaching And Facilitation Background:

  • Executive & business coaching, training and consulting services internationally to organizations since 2008.
  • Public speaker, presenter and training facilitator since 2001.

Relevant Business Experience:

  • Extensive experience in all aspects of small & medium business including marketing, sales, finance, management, leadership and team performance.
  • Brian Tracy Award for Sales Excellence (2011).
  • Cam Fraser Award for Coaching Excellence (2010 & 2012).
  • Coaching Practice of the Year (2011- 2016).

Education and Training:

  • Licensed Navigational Conversations Facilitator.
  • Certified FocalPoint Business Coach, Trainer and Presenter.
  • Top graduate of the University of British Columbia’s (UBC) Sauder School of Business Marketing and Sales Management Program with CSE® and CME® designations as a Certified Sales and Marketing Executive.
